Dr. Gonsalves joins Vero Orthopaedics and Vero Neurology after completing her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital, the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. She received her undergraduate degree Magna cum Laude in Biology and Psychology from Wellesley College and her medical degree from the University of Connecticut. She also received a fellowship to travel to India for three months where she studied Ayurvedic medicine, the traditional Indian system of healing.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, attending cultural events, and spending time with her dog.
